This company was founded in 1869, so it’s not surprising to see an ad in a major metro area at that point.
Is there any building in Philly that still has those curved windows like the one in the upper left of this picture? Several were on Girard near the zoo ten years ago, but even those have been replaced with flat ones.

I’ve never checked out a tall downtown building on Google Streetview. It’s incredibly frustrating. It will be great to see Google 3D Droneview in 3D.
