Stevie Nicks is a legendary female rocker and songwriter, best known for her work for Fleetwood Mac. Nick is the only woman to have been inducted twice into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Nicks and Buckingham were deeply romantically involved, and in 1972, they released an album “Buckingham-Nicks.” However, the album flopped, and they two dropped from the label. Nick boosted her career with ‘Rhiannon’ and ‘Landslide’ in 1975. Nicks discovered the Rhiannon character in the early 1970s through a novel called Triad by Mary Bartlet Leader. Nick also built her own unique onstage look, which consisted of a gypsy-bohemian style that featured flowing skirts, shawls, and platform boots. Nick also released solo albums, her first two albums, ‘Bella Donna’ and ‘The Wild Heart’ were awarded platinum. Nick also developed a drug addiction problem during her solo career, and she struggled hard to overcome her substance abuse and was eventually successful. She is credited to have produced more than forty Top 50 hits with a sales figure exceeding 140 million.
