Truck conversion kits for Ford Model T models were not available until the early 1900s, but a few enterprising companies built them. “The Adventurer,” a motorhome manufactured circa 1913-14, was made from a chain-driven kit with a longer wheelbase than a standard Ford.
A truck bodybuilder may have made this combination of cab and coach as an individual piece for this machine. Moreover, an aftermarket radiator with a larger capacity and a tapered and louvered hood was installed.
The truck even had a portable bathtub, a stove, a record player, and a printing press! The truck probably reached a top speed of 20mph with all that cargo on board.
