San Francisco in the 1970s was flamboyant, colorful, wild, filled with passion, and marking dark periods with electric highs. Anyone who spent their early years in San Francisco in the 1970s has vivid memories swirling around in their head of growing up in this prismatic era. Even though the Summer of Love was over, bohemians, buskers, bongo-drum players, and jewelry makers still thronged the city.
