Photographer Spends Years To Rediscover The Locations Of Reggae Vinyl Covers (50+ Albums)

Photographer Alex Bartsch has been a huge reggae fan since his dad introduced him to Bob Marley when he was a child. About 10 years ago, he started collecting records as a part of “music experiences,” spanning from 1967 to 1987 for his project. He spent many years traveling around London to find the locations that he saw in those UK reggae album covers to photograph them in those same places. Some locations were easy to discover, while others took some detective work.
