Street Life of New York City in the Mid-1960s Through These Fascinating Photos

Amateur photographer Jack Lillywhite captured these fascinating Photos. While stationed in the Navy, he moved to New York City in 1965. During his free time, Jack took pictures around NYC and the state.

My wife and I now have all his slides and negatives from those days, and over the years I’ve scanned many of them. Jack is a retired dentist, and lives in Tennessee with his 2nd wife Dee. Jan Lillywhite passed away in 2013.
