Montreal’s The Man from the Ministry appeared in many pictures during the 1960s. He is only seen in parts – a leg, an arm, a coat just in the frame. Another gallery featured found photographs of people looking away from the camera. Other than a handwritten name or a date stamp, there was no information about the subjects or the photographers.
