Valery Braylin is a talented Russian artist; born and raised in a strict military family, and he served as a soldier in the Soviet army. He saw social magazines, news, and advertisements of Soviet propaganda posters and American pin-up photographs. Valery Braylin combines messages and styles from socialist posters with classic pin-up style and its intensifying sexuality with the vivid and statured colors of Soviet Russia’s propaganda posters. The women in his works often resemble Soviet Russian film actresses such as Natalya Fateeva and Lyudmila Gurcgenko; he uses them to gain attention. The poster’s story surrounds unexpected everyday familiar situations as they enthusiastically continue to perform their stereotyped roles and female duties. Here below are some of his impressively vivid illustrations from his artwork. Vote your favorites, and don’t forget to share. More Info: Website | Facebook | VK
