Tanya Roberts is a former actress and producer. She started her career as a TV model for various brands. Tanya took five years of voice training to get the Bronx out of her voice. She made her film debut with the horror thriller “Forced Entry” in 1975. She initially rose to fame with Julie Rogers’s character in the final season of Charlie’s Angels in 1980. She also appeared in off-Broadway productions and made her film debut in 1975’s Forced Entry. Tanya played lead roles in some of the super hit movies of the 1980s, including ‘Beastmaster (1982)’, ‘Sheena (1984)’ and ‘A view to a kill (1985)’.
Tanya’s Personal life
After dropping out of school at the age of 15, Tanya got married and hitchhiked around the country until her mother-in-law had the marriage annulled. During her early career as a fashion model, she met Barry Roberts, a psychology student in New York. Tanya fell in love with him, and the couple got married after a few months, and they remained married for 30 years until Robert’s death.
Tanya played her career’s last role in 2005 in the movie “Barbershop.” After retiring from showbiz, Tanya has lived a private life, and currently, she lives in New York City.

She collapsed while walking with her dogs on 24 December 2020 and was admitted to Hospital. She died on 5 January 2021 at the age of 65. Her death was confirmed by her companion, Lance O’Brien. The official cause of death is still unknown, but she was tested negative for Covid-19.
