  1. This is one of the most heinous things I’ve ever seen, and it bothers me that there is no back story. This boy looks to be 3 or 4, what could have happened that he would have died this way? Doesn’t seem like it’s related to abuse, these injuries are extreme, and meant to inflict death. How is the background about this not reported or available? I wish we could know his story.
